About Me 

Hi, I’m Verity. Founder of RunVerity, psychology educator, lifelong learner, and fellow runner.

I’m passionate about evidence-based coaching, emotional well-being, and supporting people through all stages of their running life- from couch-to-5K to marathons and beyond. I bring science, compassion, and two decades of teaching experience to every person I work with. I also specialise in coaching runners with ADHD and in perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
